Out of the five elements, water is the main element of our body. Instead of taking out time to make excuses, take some time out for your body. Set your priorities straight and plan your day efficiently, you will have at least 30 minutes to give to your body. If you think you do not have time, that’s an excuse your mind is giving as it is more comfortable with doing nothing. If your mornings are occupied, take some time out in the evening to work out. Leave all the stress of the workplace and enter into the present moment. It is the best time to plan out the rest of the day.
